bot dari jeti Tasik Banding. Keindahan kawasan ini terletak pada kedudukannya yang terpencil,  namun keunikan ini terselit cabaran yang tersendiri. Meskipun sinonim dengan kehijauan alam dan udara segar, bentuk muka bumi dengan hutan yang padat dan bergunung menyukarkan  pembangunan infrastruktur asas.<\/p><p>Menurut Laporan Sukarela Kebangsaan 2021 (VNR 2021), secara purata, 95.9% isi rumah di negara ini mempunyai akses kepada air paip, tetapi di kawasan luar bandar, angka ini menurun kepada 84.7%, berbanding 98.7% di bandar.<\/p><p>Jurang antara purata kebangsaan dan realiti harian masih menjadi isu yang mendesak,  termasuk di Kampung Bongor. Sehingga baru-baru ini, penduduk perlu berjalan selama sejam untuk mendapatkan air, dan kipas di rumah serta sekolah terpaksa dibiarkan tidak bergerak kerana ketiadaan elektrik.<\/p><p>Di bawah Pelan Hala Tuju SDG Malaysia Fasa II (2021\u20132025), sasaran ditetapkan untuk meningkatkan akses air dan liputan elektrik luar bandar kepada 98%. Kini, 22 rumah dan dua blok sekolah di SK Sungai Tiang sudah mempunyai akses kepada air bersih.<\/p><p>Kumar merupakan antara penduduk kampung yang bersama kontraktor membina sistem tadahan air di bawah projek ini. Menurut Muslim Johari, Pengurus Projek dan Eksekutif Operasi MRA, mereka terpaksa berjalan kaki selama tiga jam meredah hutan sambil memikul peralatan dan bahan binaan ke tapak projek. Kemudian, proses pembinaan mengambil masa dua minggu bagi menyiapkan struktur konkrit sebelum pemasangan paip dilakukan ke setiap rumah.<\/p><p>\u201cSaya datang setiap bulan untuk memastikan sistem ini berfungsi dengan baik. Jika ada kerosakan, saya akan bekerjasama dengan 14 penduduk yang turut sama membantu semasa pembinaan,\u201d katanya.<\/p><p>Impak daripada projek ini melangkaui aspek kemudahan. MRA berharap dapat melihat peningkatan tahap kebersihan dan kesihatan secara keseluruhan. Menurut Roz Haniza Zainal Abidin dari Hasanah, akses baharu ini telah mengurangkan kes penyakit bawaan air dan masalah kulit dalam kalangan Penyelidik UniKL dalam bidang tenaga suria, Mohd Akram bin Dandu, menjelaskan bahawa panel solar yang dipasang menggunakan teknologi AC-coupled solar system dengan bateri Lithium-ion. Pilihan ini lebih lestari, menawarkan lebih 6,500 kitaran pengecasan berbanding hanya 400 kitaran bagi bateri plumbum asid konvensional. Sejak awal, projek ini menekankan pemindahan pengetahuan secara langsung dengan melatih penduduk kampung melakukan penyelenggaraan mingguan dan pembaikan kecil seperti menyambung semula paip polietilena. Matlamatnya ialah memastikan infrastriuktur ini kekal untuk jangka masa panjang sambil memupuk semangat pemilikan dalam komuniti.<\/p><p>Dalam majlis penutupan projek ini, Pemegang Amanah merangkap Pengarah Urusan Yayasan Hasanah, Puan Siti Kamariah Ahmad Subki berkata, \u201csokongan daripada penduduk kampung dalam melaksanakan projek ini,  sejak  peringkat pembinaan hinggalah penyelenggaraan, adalah amat dihargai,\u201d sambil menyatakan harapan agar semangat kerjasama dan kebersamaan terus subur dalam komuniti ini. <\/p><p>Dengan menggabungkan penyelesaian praktikal dan penglibatan komuniti, Kampung Bongor menjadi bukti pembangunan yang dilaksanakan secara betul, berpaksikan keperluan dan dibina atas rasa hormat.
